Helen's Kitchen Product Review

     I recently recieved a coupon from the nice folks at Helen's Kitchen to try their new veggie fajita bowl. It's vegetarian, GMO free, and gluten free. 

     My teen daughter and I both tried it- she absolutely loved it, and I must say I was impressed with all the chunks of veggies it contained- strips of red pepper, carrots, peas and potatoes, along with black beans and brown rice. Here's a look:

     I generally don't eat frozen or prepared meals, but I have to say this was quite good for a meal on the go, and so much better than the fast food teens usually eat!
