Raw Brownies and Beautiful Music

This simple dessert is quick and easy to make. It's great for taking to holiday parties. I've had this ready to post for some time, and forgot about it. When I started looking for a dessert to take to an upcoming potluck, I remembered it.
Raw Brownies

2 c. medjool dates, chopped
1 1/4 c. raw walnuts
1/2 c. raw pecans
16 raw brazil nuts
2 T. ground flaxseed
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
optional- sliced fresh strawberries

Chop nuts in food processor, add dates and remaining ingredients and process till nearly smooth. Press into a 9 x 9 glass dish and chill. Serve with sliced fresh strawberries.

While you are making it, you may want to listen to this:

I had to share this, it's one of the most beautiful pieces of music ever written, and one of my all-time favorite songs.

This looks so good. I am trying to elminate grains from my diet--and this looks like a perfect subsitute! (and nice to see you back on your blog!)

That look yum. I have some Raw Brazil Nuts left from my last Christmas desert. This year I will try this. Thanks for sharing.
